Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is 30 days with receipt.   After 30 days, we can offer you an exchange or store credit up to 60 days.  Special ordered items are not refundable. 

Custom kits are not refundable.

In store cash purchases made over $50 may be subject to a check return in lieu of cash. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it accompanied by the receipt.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so. 

Non Refundable Items:

Easels, lightboxes, projectors, lights, Custom items: Picture frames, kits, cut mats, glass, single sheet art paper, Clearance items.

Custom Kits

Custom kits are not refundable.  College kits can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. C.C. Lowell is not responsible for damaged items during shipping.
